Week 11: Weigh in!

The past week, I followed no diet plan - simply stopped drinking... Got to start somewhere!

That said, we had a a wonderful family day yesterday where we reminisced and looked at old photo's, had a mega big roast dinner with home-made rice pudding and a couple of vodka's to boot - but compared to how I have been over the past 7 weeks, this is amazeballs, trust me!

Here's a pic of me being bridesmaid for an aunty, I was probably about 5, standing with my mum and dad. LOVE my mum's dress... the 80's wasn't all that bad was it?

Anyway, after all the crap I've subjected my body to I am starting the Clean 9 Nutritional Cleansing Programme, in collaboration with Lucy at Forever Living (@lucyflp on twitter) (Forever Living - A happier healthier you on facebook) tomorrow. It completely detoxes you and you can lose up to 12lbs in just 9 days - wow.

Has anyone ever done it before?

I've a post going live in the morning which will tell you all about it, including my body measurements so I can keep track of any inch loss on this plan. I'd love to hear your stories if you've done anything like this before? Could do with a little bit of support, if any's going spare!

Anyway, my results for this week, having done nothing different whatsoever (and after a huuuuge family roast dinner yesterday)...

Week 11 Weight Loss Results
Start weight: 17st 5.8lb
Current weight: 16st 5.2lbs
Weekly loss: -1lb
Total Loss: 14.6lbs

A nice little 1lb off. Amazing! Seems the less I try, the easier it is, funnily enough!

Anyway... be back soon with some Clean 9 info - quite excited at the thought of the final result, but I just know it's going to be so so hard.

Last call for some support please guys, I START TOMORROW!!!

  1. Well done on losing a 1lb this week. I find the more I think about dieting the more I want to eat. For me it's always worked better if I just forget about it and I usually just eat less

  2. Love your mums dress! It's something that would definitely sell now a days. Well done on losing 1lb :) the more I think about dieting, the more hungry I get! Although been so stressed lately all I do is eat. Trying to just question everything I eat and see if I really need it :)
