Here are five tips that should help your child become more health conscious.

Lead by example

The first and most important thing you can do to help your child become more health conscious is to lead by example. Try to replace unhealthy snacks with healthier alternatives, and make sure that you are eating a balanced diet yourself. This will set an excellent example for your children that will stay with them for years to come. In addition, try to be active and incorporate physical activities into family outings. Talk to them about nutrition
