Clean 9: Day 3 - Results so far...

It's Day 3 of the Clean 9 programme and I have to measure my body parts (oo-er) and weigh myself, in order to fill in the chart that monitors my progress over the full 9 days. Keep reading to see if I've had any results yet!

Just to recap...

Day 1 was... dare I say it... easy. Can't believe that this sentence has actually left my mouth. It was easy! OK so I had a lie-in until midday, but I was up 'til 2am so still a long day. I honestly think that having a cold has helped, because I can't smell anything which can trigger my tastebuds. The 20 minutes of exercise that you have to do at breakfast was, quite simply, running up and down the stairs with dry washing in little piles and putting it away - enough to get the heart pumping!

Day 2, again, was easy up until 3pm. I'd also been up since 7am so this was really getting tough now. I've taken to drinking boiling water instead of cold water because I'm freeeezing and missing my warm drinks badly!! Aloe Vera is still not nice but it stays down. I'm racking my brains as to how I can make it be something more... normal. It's like nothing I've ever tasted before. Kind of tangy and really cold! 

Bizarrely, I had more energy today than I do on a regular day - and that's with a cold - so the bee pollen, aminotein and garcinia plus really must be working with regards to clearing the toxins and increasing stamina.

Here's what's happened to my body following the first 2 day's of the Clean 9 programme...



Day's 3-9: I get to eat FOOD! I can introduce a 600kcal meal and boy am I looking forward to this! I can report back on day 6 with more measurements and an update as to how I'm getting on with it!
